When I lived in Whitehorse, Yukon, I would sometimes head north up the Klondike Highway to Dawson City. From there, I might head even farther north up the Dempster Highway to the small town of Inuvik in the North West Territories. There were many beautiful places to stop and paint along the way. This was painted on a spring day, not far from my home in Whitehorse.
