The bowl in Rest is much more solid than in the other works from the Elusive Containment exhibition. It is cracked, worn, and still: at rest. However, the dance continues as a large red globe hovers above.
As Leonard Cohen says: “there is a crack, a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in.”
