The second of the three Invitation panels, Invitation I shows an open line-drawn bowl with a visceral red background and large round globe floating above. The globe has been painted with an emulsified mixture of wax and pigment (cerre cola), then etched with various tools to create a patterned floating orb.

Invitation I, II and III were sold to the Yukon Arts Centre Collection in 2006
